The 「大」mark is the old type used from about 1880-90.
The gourd design on the body is called Hisago-zu.
The signature 玄賞斎 ("Genshosai") indicates that it is the work of an artist named Kanō Isen'in, who was the 8th Naganobu of the Kobikicho branch of the Kanō school.
He was an official artist to Lord Fumaiko (Matsudaira Harusato, 7th hereditary daimyo of the Izumo Matsue clan. 1751-1818). Fumaiko favored this design, and it was one of the designs used in the official Tsuchiya and Nagahara kilns. However, after the Meiji Restoration the private Fujiki family kilns also began using it. There are existing examples of works painted by Fujina ware decorators that were based on the designs of Naganobu.
