Material: Lacquer on Wood
Age: 20th C. (1900s)
Origin/Maker: Kamakura-bori carved wood lacquer ware, Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Maker's mark on base, the first character looks like 八, was likely from a lacquerware shop on the street leading up to the Hachimangu Shrine (八幡宮).
Size: 5" diameter (12.7 cm), 1/2" tall (1.27 cm)
Weight: 2.4 oz (68 g)

Condition: Item is used in good condition commensurate with age, see photos. Some surface wear, especially around the edges.
